The average frozen poultry liver export price stood at $3,199 per ton in 2022, picking up by 27% against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +4.3%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 when the average export price increased by 51%. The export price peaked in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was China ($4,435 per ton), while the average price for exports to Cambodia ($1,087 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to China (+8.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average frozen poultry liver import price stood at $8,342 per ton in December 2022, shrinking by -83.1% against the previous month.
