The average vanilla import price stood at $210,754 per ton in 2022, falling by -3.2% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, posted resilient growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 215%. The import price peaked at $222,000 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
