Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum in 2022 and is likely to continue growth in the near future.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when imports increased by 62%. Over the period under review, imports of reached the peak figure in 2022 and are likely to see gradual growth in the near future.

In value terms, imports of waste (including noils, yarn waste and garnetted stock), of man-made fibreses shrank remarkably to $4.8K in 2022. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate a drastic downturn. The smallest decline of -3.9% was in 2020.
