Overall, the export price, however, recorded a strong expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in October 2022 an increase of 324% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the peak figure at $493K per ton in July 2023, and then dropped rapidly in the following month.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Venezuela ($493K per ton), while the average price for exports to India ($49,887 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
