In 2022, the average non-decaffeinated roasted coffee import price amounted to $7,566 per ton, dropping by -6.3% against the previous year. In general, the import price showed a noticeable slump. From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+10.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average non-decaffeinated roasted coffee export price stood at $13,372 per ton in 2022, increasing by 72% against the previous year. Overall, the export price saw a prominent increase. The export price peaked at $17,846 per ton in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the United States ($51,250 per ton), while the average price for exports to Germany ($1,000 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Netherlands (+0.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
Imports of Non-Decaffeinated Roasted Coffee in Iraq
In 2022, the amount of roasted coffee (not decaffeinated) imported into Iraq skyrocketed to 912 tons, jumping by 43% against the year before.
