In 2022, the average import price for electric motors amounted to $13 per unit, dropping by -8.4% against the previous year. In general, the import price recorded a abrupt contraction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the average import price increased by 153% against the previous year. In value terms, exports of electric motors reduced rapidly to $18K in 2022. Overall, exports, however, saw a significant expansion.
