Polyethylene Binder Price in Oman (CIF) - 2022
The average polyethylene binder import price stood at $1,294 per ton in 2022, growing by 15% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a perceptible decline. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 an increase of 24% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $1,959 per ton in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Turkey ($2,927 per ton), while the price for Italy ($470 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by India (+5.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
Polyethylene Binder Price in Oman (FOB) - 2022
In 2022, the average polyethylene binder export price amounted to $943 per ton, remaining constant against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, saw a pronounced decrease. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 73%. Polyethylene Binder Imports in Oman
