Photographic Film Price in Latvia (CIF) - 2023
In September 2023, the average photographic film import price amounted to $3.7 per square meter, rising by 6.1% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in March 2023 an increase of 178% against the previous month. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $8.9 per square meter. From April 2023 to September 2023, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Finland ($20.9 per square meter), while the price for China ($2.6 per square meter) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Finland (+27.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
Photographic Film Price in Latvia (FOB) - 2023
The average photographic film export price stood at $3.9 per square meter in September 2023, reducing by -7.1% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2023 when the average export price increased by 34% against the previous month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $7.7 per square meter. From August 2023 to September 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In September 2023, the country with the highest price was Russia ($25.8 per square meter), while the average price for exports to Lithuania ($3.0 per square meter) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Belarus (+15.9%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Photographic Film Imports in Latvia
