The average non-liquid margarine import price stood at $1,920 per ton in September 2023, dropping by -15.5% against the previous month. In general, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in August 2023 when the average import price increased by 13% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $2,340 per ton in January 2023; however, from February 2023 to September 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
