From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Austria (+3.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.

The average fibreboard export price stood at $304 per cubic meter in 2022, with a decrease of -3% against the previous year. Overall, the export price recorded a pronounced downturn. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 an increase of 7.1%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $534 per cubic meter. From 2019 to 2022, the average export prices failed to regain momentum.
